Cancellation Policy
Policies for Priority Task Support 1. Task Submission How to Submit: Tasks must be submitted via email or the client portal, clearly marked as "Priority Task Support." Required Information: Include task description, urgency level, and any supporting materials. 2. Response Time Tasks will be reviewed and initiated within 4 working hours. In cases of exceptional urgency, we may begin sooner if resources allow. 3. Payment Terms Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the task. For ongoing Priority Task Support, a retainer can be arranged upon request. 4. Cancellations Once the task is accepted and initiated, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. 5. Availability Priority Task Support is subject to resource availability. If we are unable to fulfill your request due to current capacity, you will be notified immediately and provided alternative options. 6. Confidentiality and Data Security All client data and information are handled with the highest level of confidentiality and security.
